 Our Reggio-inspired toddler program nurtures independence, self-confidence, and self-control through play-based, teacher-guided exploration—using hands-on, open-ended materials and small class sizes to build social-emotional skills, communication, and early problem-solving; caring, experienced teachers provide individualized attention in a safe, nurturing environment.  

 A joyful, nurturing introduction to learning for our youngest students, designed to build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of school. In a safe, stimulating, and caring classroom environment, children are gently supported through the transition of separation while developing essential self-help and self-care skills. Each day features engaging, play-based activities that strengthen early social development, encourage cooperative play, and build important foundational and self-regulation skills—setting the stage for future success in school and beyond. 

 We offer is a dynamic, play-based preschool experience designed to support growing independence and early academic readiness in a warm, engaging environment. Our thoughtfully structured curriculum introduces children to Language Arts and early reading skills, mathematics, science, creative arts, music, physical activity, and social development. Each day includes a balanced routine of free play, circle time, snack, and guided activities, encouraging children to actively explore, create, and express their ideas. During circle time, our experienced teachers foster strong speaking and listening skills through songs, rhymes, storytelling, and interactive games—building confidence, communication, and a love of learning that prepares children for the next stage of their educational journey. 

Our Kindergarten Readiness Program is thoughtfully designed for children who benefit from a more personalized, supportive approach as they prepare for Kindergarten, As a proven alternative to traditional community Kindergarten readiness programs, we offer full-day and half-day options to meet the needs of every family. With exceptionally small group sizes and one of the lowest teacher-to-student ratios available, each child receives individualized attention in a nurturing, engaging environment. Our curriculum builds essential readiness skills in Language Arts and early literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, physical activity, construction, music, and socialization. Each day is carefully structured with a balance of free play, circle time, snack, and guided activities—helping children grow in confidence, independence, and a love of learning as they transition to Kindergarten.  

 SATURDAY        

9:00 am – 11:30 am   

 The Rye Reads Weekend Pre-K Program—offered on Saturdays beginning this fall—is a true Pre-K experience designed for children entering Kindergarten or currently in Kindergarten who would benefit from additional support or enrichment. Led by our experienced early childhood educators and featuring small group sizes, this unique program offers a personalized alternative to traditional options. Our comprehensive, play-based curriculum strengthens key developmental areas including Language Arts and reading readiness, mathematics, science, creative arts, physical activity, construction, music, and socialization. TRANSPORTATION

Bus transportation is available to local community programs.

EARLY DROP-OFF 

Early drop-off is a service to our parents needing to start their day early. Children are engaged in supervised play from 8:15 am to 9:00 am and then are escorted to their regular classrooms.

GRUB CLUB LUNCH 

Extend your child’s day by joining us for a fun, social lunch program. Every day is a different experience! Parents provide lunch.
